Terms of Participation and Registration for the Cow Master Conference June 18–19, 2026

4. REGISTRACE NA KONFERENCI

  • Participation in the conference is conditional upon a confirmed registration and payment of the registration fee.
  • Registration can be completed through the organizer’s portal at https://cowmaster.org/, or by sending a binding order via email to info@cowmaster.org.
  • The acceptance of an electronic registration is confirmed to the contact email address provided during registration, and all further written communication with the registrant or participant will be conducted through this address.
  • The organizer is not responsible for the technical aspects of communication or the proper delivery of emails. Ensuring the deliverability of the contact email is the responsibility of the registrant, who is also required to provide a functional contact email address.
  • By submitting the registration, the participant confirms their binding attendance at the conference, and the registrant becomes obliged to pay the conference participation fee.

5. REGISTRATION FEE

  • Payment must be made by bank transfer within the invoice due date. Please wait for the pro forma invoice, which will be issued after submitting the registration, before making the payment. The tax document will be sent to participants within the statutory period. Invoices will be sent to participants exclusively in electronic form, so please provide an email address for receiving invoices in the registration form or in the registration email.
  • Amount of the registration fee:
    • 280 € for registrations until April 15, 2026, inclusive
    • 320 € for registrations from April 16, 2026
  • The registration fee is due within the period specified on the invoice, which the organizer will send after the submission of a binding registration.

6. CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION

  • Participation in the conference can only be canceled by sending an email notifying the organizer of the cancellation. The cancellation must be sent to the organizer at the contact address info@cowmaster.org.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of conference participation.
  • Substitution of a participant who has already paid the registration fee with another participant is allowed. The substitution must be notified to the organizers no later than June 10, 2024, via email info@cowmaster.org.

7. CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT BY THE ORGANIZER

  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference if its capacity has not been sufficiently filled or for other serious reasons. In such a case, the organizers are obliged, upon notifying participants of the cancellation, to refund the full registration fee to the participant’s bank account without undue delay, provided that it has already been paid.
